Ed is currently a chef at Clipstone Restaurant in Fitzrovia, London where he’s been since July 2019. He also works for a private caterer and has been running his own events since June 2018.
Prior to Clipstone, Ed graduated from Leiths School of Food and Wine with distinction having changed career in 2018. His original career path was in farm business consultancy which has given him a great knowledge of produce and seasonality.
His passion for food, entertaining and people led him to make the jump to becoming a chef however and he hasn’t looked back since!
